Throughout his life, Steven has reinvented himself seven times, from career changes, loss, health challenges, and major life transitions. But instead of letting change become too overwhelming, he's learned how to embrace each new chapter and their lessons in resilience, perspective, and self-discovery.
After experiencing a serious heart diagnosis and subsequent surgery himself, Steven learned firsthand how deeply a life-altering event can shake not only your body, but your identity, relationships, and sense of purpose.
Now, he helps others navigate that same crossroads — teaching how to let go of fear, reconnect with joy, and rebuild life with meaning and confidence, no matter what life brings next.
